Registration
Authors / Presenters Registration Policy
Presenters and panelists must register for the conference. If multiple presenters are planning to attend the conference, each must register individually. If you are planning to only present your session and not partake in any other conference activities, you may be exempt from registering for the conference, but will need to coordinate with Craig Luebke.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be available until October 18th.
Cost of Attendance
For most attendees, the cost to attend the full conference will be $250. Discounts are available for students, elected officials, and planning commissioners. There will be a $25 penalty for on-site registration, which will need to be paid by check or cash. Registration costs are noted in the table below:

Included with registration fee...
Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and exhibits. When you check in at the conference, you will receive copies of the conference program, your name tag, tickets, and other relevant information. Registration fees also cover several meals and break refreshments. Full registration provides access to the conference reception on Wednesday evening and social event on Thursday evening.

Membership Not Required
Membership in TAPA or TSITE is not required to attend. This will be an excellent opportunity for practicing planners and engineers, as well as citizens, students, and elected and appointed officials to attend numerous technical sessions, network, socialize, and learn from each other about the fields of planning and engineering and their intersection in our communities. Professional development hours (PDHs) and Certification Maintenance (CM) credits will be available for technical sessions.
Mobile Tours
You can sign up for mobile tours at the same time you register for the conference. The Urban Renewal Impact Tour costs $5 to help cover transportation costs. Mobile tours will be conducted during the afternoon technical sessions.
On-site Registration / Day Of
On-site registration will be available with a $25 penalty to help offset logistical inconveniences. For the best conference experience, we recommend registering prior to the event.
Payment
You can pay with a credit card at the time of registration. Payment with a check is also accepted. On-site registration will need to be paid with a check only. Checks should be made payable to Tennessee APA.
