From the arctic circle to the depths of Appalachia, Bryan thrives on serving rural and difficult to reach populations. In communities throughout the U.S., he has helped deliver solutions for transportation, land use, and economic development. Bryan joined Community Development Partners in 2017 to launch its planning branch, which has grown significantly to serve cities, counties, and rural areas throughout the state. Outside of his day job, Bryan enjoys serving local community organizations, including Bike Walk Knoxville, the Broadway Corridor Task Force, the UpTown North Branding committee, and local neighborhood associations.
