Lynn is the Northeast Tennessee Regional Director for the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, the former Development Director for the City of Kingsport, TN, and the current TAPA president. She has a variety of experience in public management, Building and Construction Development, Economic Development and related fields. In other experience, she worked with the Kingsport Housing Authority to forward their Choice Neighborhoods Initiative plan and was appointed by Governor Haslam to the Tennessee Housing Development Agency Board serving as the Tax Credit Committee Chair for four years.

Rebecca is an attorney at Wilson Worley PC in Kingsport, TN. She has advised developers, neighbors, and local governments in land use and planning issues, among other civil law matters.
