Sean Santalla is the Program Development Team Leader for the FHWA Tennessee Division in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the planning, environment, right-of-way, and civil rights components of the Federal-aid program. Prior to this role, he served as a Transportation Planner for the FHWA Tennessee Division, overseeing the statewide and metropolitan planning and programming processes for the State of Tennessee and Tennessee’s 11 MPOs. Before joining FHWA, Sean was the Statewide MPO Coordinator for the Florida Department of Transportation, where he oversaw Florida’s 27 MPOs. Sean is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Florida State University.
Stacy also worked with the State Local Planning Assistance Office with ECD prior to working with TDOT. He is now the statewide OCT manager for TDOT.
