Kathryn Withers, AICP, NCI is an Urban Planner with over 24 years of experience, with work primarily focused on the regeneration of Nashville, Tennessee’s corridors and neighborhoods through planning policy and zoning efforts. She has personally directed or managed teams in the creation of urban design districts and their administration. She has a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee.

Paul Darr is a Landscape Architect with Barge Design Solutions, and has 19 years of experience in master planning and design. He has a Master of Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee.
