Andrew Sonner, PE, has a wide range of transportation and municipal experience in transportation planning, project management, design, construction management, regulatory program development, regulatory compliance, municipal operations  and economic development. Prior to joining WSP, Andrew was with the  City of Alcoa for 23 years  where he began as a staff civil engineer and then progressed to Assistant Director & Chief Engineer, Director of Public Works & Engineering, and to Deputy City Manager.

Anne Wallace, AICP has a varied background in municipal and federal experience in planning, project management, design, construction management, regulatory program development, regulatory compliance, and economic development. Prior to joining WSP, Anne spent a year and a half working on the Reindustrialization program in Oak Ridge, almost 12 years with the City of Knoxville where she served as a project manager and then Deputy Director of the Office of Redevelopment, and three years with the Knoxville-Knox County Planning as a Planner in the Comprehensive Planning Department.
