Logan Engle, Director of Planning and Economic Development - City of Elizabethton, Tennessee. Logan holds a Master’s of Public Policy and Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Carson-Newman University. Prior to beginning her role in Elizabethton, she previously worked for the City of Morristown and the Town of Greeneville. As a native East Tennessean and Appalachian, Logan is passionate about the call to public service in this region. She currently lives in Erwin, Tennessee with her husband Tyler.
